If you have entered your screen pin into your device, the pin is now active and associated with that device.

This means, it cannot be changed or removed from the screen until it is deactivated in your NowSignage account.

To deactivate your pin, simply log into your account and enter the project your screen is located in.

When you are in the screens area, find your screen and edit the screen (either click on the name of the screen or the pencil icon).

Once you are in this screen click on the 'Actions' button in the top right corner and then click on deactivate. 

Once this has been selected you will see this message below.

Now you have deactivated the pin for this screen, the pin is no longer associated with that device. This means your screen will display like this.

For Android Devices - 

If you wish to change the pin on a device, first deactivate the pin in your NowSignage account. Once this has been done make sure to clear the app cache and data on the device itself before entering your new pin. 

If this step is not completed you will not be able to enter the new pin.
