To connect your social media accounts you need to firstly go into your NowSignage project, then select the 'Content' tab located in the left sidebar, then click on 'Social Media':


Here you will see the social media feeds you have previous set up. If you do not have any available, click '+Add Feed' to create a new feed (you will need to provide this with a name then click 'create feed').


Once you have a feed available, click into any of the feeds and this will take you to the social search area:




Within this page, you can start to add your social media accounts, to do so, click 'Add Social Accounts' in the top right corner.


Now you will see various options for the social media accounts you can connect to NowSignage:



Click into the account you wish to connect and follow the steps below to connect your social accounts:



Twitter - Sign into your Twitter account and authorise the App. Once authorised a 7 digit PIN code will generate, please make a note of this. Now simply paste your authorisation PIN into NowSignage and click 'complete setup'.


Facebook/Instagram - As the Instagram API has been migrated to Facebook, you must connect to a Facebook account to access your Instagram account. The Instagram page must also be linked to the Facebook page you are connecting via the page settings in Facebook. 


Once the above is linked/connected, within NowSignage follow the connection steps and log into a Facebook account which has admin access to your Companies Facebook page, if connected successfully you will be prompted to give access to both the Instagram & Facebook pages, so click the tick sliders of the accounts you wish to connect and follow the prompts to connect.


Linkedin - Sign into a Linkedin account which has admin access to your Companies Linkedin page. Then tick the box of the 'active company page' you wish to connect to the platform.


Youtube - Simply sign into your Youtube account to connect.


News - This is the area where you can add in RSS links, simply paste the link into this area and click 'add', if it's a valid RSS feed, the feed will be added.
