When adding a new user you can choose which role you wish to give them within the Platform, the role you give them is important, as depending on the role, the user will have different forms of privileges within the Platform.

There is a description of the roles and what privileges they provide within the platform, to find this, go into 'My Account' within NowSignage and on the top menu bar you will see 'Roles'. Click on this and you will be taken to an information page which will explain what each role entails and you can press 'view' to see a list of permissions each role has:
