1. Go into your content library (by clicking into the Content tab then clicking on the Total Assets button) and find the image or video you wish to replace.

2. Click the 'edit' pencil icon on the image/video:

3. This will then give you this pop up where you can drag in the new image or video file to the upload zone:

4. Once the file has been dragged into here, wait for it to fully upload (you'll get a progress bar, then you can click 'update' asset).

5. This will then send the image or video replacement directly to the screens it is currently live on (this will update the playlist automatically).

Once you have done this, it will automatically send the replacement image or video to your screen within 5 minutes.
