When you have created a search, you can choose which content type you want the search to show, there are 4 options:

- All Content

- Only Text

- Only Images

- Only Video

To choose a content type, within your search press 'content settings' then you just need to click on the dropdown list, choose how you want to filter the content and then 'save content settings' for the changes to apply.
