In order to connect to a Instagram account, you must connect your Facebook account. This is because the Instagram API has been migrated to Facebook.

You'll first need to make sure that your Instagram Business Account is connected to your Facebook Business Page.

Secondly, you need to makes sure that you are admin for both the Facebook Business Page & the Instagram Business Account.

Once this is done, on the NowSignage platform, simply press 'Add Accounts', click on Instagram and connect to your Facebook account. Once connected on  'Available Pages', you will see a list of the pages connected to your account and if you can see a Instagram logo under the page name, it has been connected correctly.

Now you can start pulling through content from your Facebook & Instagram accounts.
