Single Use licence:
A single use licence is a licence which will expire upon the licence term ending.
For example if you apply a ‘1 year single use licence’, the expiry date will be 1 year from activation.
Auto Renew Licence:
If your licence is defined as ‘auto renew’ then this will automatically renew upon the expiry date. This is common for monthly rolling licences.
Licences will not auto renew without confirmation, so if a renewal has not been confirmed, then the licence will be changed to ‘expire’.
In both instances, you should be contacted by your supplier 1 month prior to any expiry dates to confirm if you would like to renew your licence.
